By creating an account or using TokoChat ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. TokoChat is operated by Aguamazza Pte. Ltd.
TokoChat provides an AI-powered sales agent that integrates with WhatsApp Business to handle customer conversations, answer product questions, and assist with order taking. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. All fees are in SGD and non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Your subscription auto-renews unless cancelled before the renewal date.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial on the Starter plan. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, the Service will continue on the free tier or you may upgrade to a paid plan.
You agree not to use TokoChat to send spam, illegal content, or content that violates WhatsApp's Terms of Service or Meta's policies. You are responsible for all content sent through the Service using your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of your business data, product information, and conversation history. By using the Service, you grant TokoChat a limited licence to process this data to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
TokoChat uses AI to generate responses on your behalf. You acknowledge that AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring the AI's behaviour through your system prompt and product catalogue. TokoChat is not liable for business losses arising from AI-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TokoChat's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may cancel your account at any time from the billing portal. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
